Mr. Arijit Bardhan, Ms. Saheli Bose ... for the petitioner Mr. Dipanjan Datta, Mr. Sayan Datta ... for the respondent Bank Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the interim order granted by a coordinate Bench of this Court on 26th August, 2022, is due to expire on 30th September, 2022. Counsel seeks extension of the interim order and submits that DRT-III is not functioning at the relevant point of time but is presently functioning and the matter is assigned to DRT-I.

In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to keep the writ petition pending.

WPA 19170 of 2022 is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner as well as the respondent Bank to urge all points before the Debts Recovery Tribunal. However, as suggested on behalf of the respondent Bank, since the

interim order is continuing from 26th August, 2022, the interim order is extended till 30th November, 2022. ( Moushumi Bhattacharya, J.)
