The order dated 11th January, communicated to the petitioner vide communication dated 15th January, 2024 is produced before this Court. It appears therefrom that the said order was passed allegedly in compliance of the direction passed by the Court on 6th September, 2022.

The petitioner is aggrieved by the said order. It will be open for the petitioner to challenge the reasoned order before the appropriate forum in accordance with law, if so advised.

There is no requirement of proceeding with the contempt application any further.

The contempt application stands disposed of.
