The petitioner and the private respondent seek mutual transfer. Their application is pending consideration at the end of the Chairman, District Primary School Council, South 24 Parganas.

Without going into the merits of the said application, the writ petition is disposed of by

directing the Chairman, District Primary School Council, South 24 Parganas to take a decision on the said application in accordance with law at the earliest but positively within a period of ninety days from the date of communication of this order. A reasoned order shall be passed and communicated to the parties immediately thereafter.

Learned advocate for the petitioner shall forward a copy of the application seeking transfer to the aforesaid respondent at the time of communication of this order.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
