1. The petitioner seeks for a larger relief. However, the grievance of the petitioner is that the private respondent has put up illegal and unauthorized construction on the land blocking the common passage. In this regard a representation has been given to the fourth respondent on 10th August, 2022 alleging that no action has been initiated on the said representation. Hence, the petitioner has approached this Court by way of filing petition as public interest litigation. It is not clear as to whether the representation was received by the fourth respondent or not. In any event, if there is any complaint of any illegal and unauthorized construction blocking the common passage, action should be taken in accordance with law.

2. Therefore, we dispose of this writ petition by direction the writ petitioner to submit a copy of the writ petition along with a copy of this order before the fourth respondent, who shall make an enquiry into the matter after notice to all concerned and take action in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.

3. In the result, WPA (P) 409 of 2022 is disposed

of.
