Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the present revisional application charge-sheet has been submitted before the jurisdictional court in connection with Tehatta Police Station Case No.588 of 2021 dated 08.11.2021.

Petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the revisional application upon Mr. Begg, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State. His appointment may be regularised by the concerned authorities. As the charge-sheet has been submitted, the petitioner intends to prefer a fresh revisional application enclosing the documents under Section 207 Cr.P.C. Accordingly, CRR 3119 of 2022 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh as directed above.
