Report submitted by SI of Police, Berhampore P.S, Murshidabad PD through the learned advocate appearing for the State be kept with the record. Report reflects that the warrant of arrest is pending against the present petitioner.

Mr. Mukherjee, learned senior advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner would appear and surrender before the learned jurisdictional court. If the petitioner surrenders before the learned court by 17th March, 2023, in that case the learned trial court will consider his application for bail in accordance with law. The execution of the warrant of arrest so issued be stayed till 22nd March, 2023. So far as the other issues raised by the petitioner regarding the applicability of Section 304B or Section 306 of the

Indian Penal Code, the learned trial court would at the appropriate stage consider the applicability of Section 304B or Section 306 Indian Penal Code on the basis of the prosecution papers. With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 2481 of 2021 is disposed of.
