Counsel seeks extension of the interim order and submits that DRT-III is not functioning at the relevant point of time but is presently functioning and the matter is assigned to DRT-I.

In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to keep the writ petition pending.

WPA 19178 of 2022 is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner as well as the respondents to urge all points before the Debts Recovery Tribunal. Since the interim order is continuing from 26th August, 2022, the interim order is extended till 30th November, 2022.
