In view of certain anomalies/defects in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has instructions to withdraw the writ petition. Learned counsel seeks liberty to file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action.

In view of the above, WPA 19954 of 2021 is dismissed for non-prosecution.

However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action. There shall however, be no order as to costs. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
