1. The petitioners are aggrieved by the act of the Indusind Bank in freezing the bank account of the petitioners on account of fraudulent transactions which took place in the said account.

2. It appears from the documents annexed to the writ petition that the petitioners have been made aware of the details of the complaints pursuant to which the Police Department requested the Bank to freeze the Bank account of the petitioners.

3. The Bank is not represented.

4. In the absence of proper facts being placed before the Court, it is not possible for the Court to pass any order for de-freezing the Bank account of the petitioners.

5. The law investigating agencies are investigating the complaints lodged against the Bank account of the petitioners. It will not be proper for the Court to direct de-freezing the Bank account of the petitioners at this stage.

6. It will be open for the petitioners to approach the competent forum where the criminal cases are

pending against the petitioners to obtain necessary order for de-freezing the Bank account.

7. The writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed.

8. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
