The learned advocate for the opposite party no.2 has filed an affidavit stating that the compromise petition had been filed before the learned trial court on 18th December, 2024 and the same was allowed and no further proceeding is pending before the 3rd Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate at Alipore, 25 Parganas (South) in Complaint Case No.9417 of 2011. Let the said affidavit be kept on record.

The learned advocate for the petitioner has filed a written instruction stating that the petitioner is not willing to proceed with the hearing of the instant revisional application. Let the said written instruction be kept on record.

Under such circumstances, the instant revisional application is dismissed for non-prosecution. A copy of the order be sent to the Department as well as the trial court for due compliance.
