1. Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

2. The prayer of the petitioners was turned down by a coordinate Bench vide order dated 29.5.2023 in CRM(A) 2134 of 2023.

3. The present petition is moved on the ground that the earlier co-ordinate Bench have not taken into consideration the injury sustained by the victims.

4. In view of the bar under Section 362 Cr.P.C., we cannot review the earlier order passed by the co-ordinate Bench and such a fact is also not a supervening circumstance.

5. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.

6. CRM(A) 3409 of 2023 is dismissed.
