Learned counsel for the WBSEDCL submits, on instruction, that the WBSEDCL is ready to comply with the directions in the award of the Ombudsman. The grievance of the petitioner in the writ petition itself was non-compliance of such award.

In view of the fair stand taken by the WBSEDCL, WPA 19188 of 2022 is disposed of directing the WBSEDCL to comply with the award of the Ombudsman as expeditiously as possible, positively within eight weeks from date.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
