In the first paragraph of the application the petitioner has stated that this is his first application seeking bail. It appears from the record that the bail prayer of the petitioner was turned down by this Court on 19th February, 2025. The petitioner has made a false representation before the Court and has not come to Court with clean hands. Bail prayer of the petitioner is rejected only on this ground. The application for bail is disposed of.
