The revisional application was preferred challenging the order dated 01.06.2012 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Alipore in connection with Kasba Police Station Case No. 269 of 2011 dated 24.06.2011. The petitioner approached this court against the warrant of arrest so issued by the learned C. J. M., Alipore.
Ms. Sahu, learned advocate appearing for the State submits a report prepared by the Officer-in-Charge, Bank Fraud Section, Detective Department, Kolkata Police Headquarter. Let it be kept with the record. Report reflects that the next date has been fixed on 24.11.2021 for appearance of witnesses for deposition.
Having regard to the change of circumstances, I am of the view that as the trial has commenced, no interfernce is called for.
Accordingly, the present revisional application being CRR 2579 of 2012 is dismissed.
All pending applications, if any, in connection with revisional application, are consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
