1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. Petitioners are in custody for over two years. Co-accused has been enlarged on bail. Petitioners stand on the same footing with the said co-accused and are entitled to similar relief.

3. Under such circumstances, we are inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail.

4. Accordingly, we direct the petitioners, namely, 1. Kartick Biswas @ Kartik Biswas, 2. Chattu Saha @ Chottu Saha shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, 6th Court and Special Judge under NDPS Act, Barasat, North 24 Parganas subject to condition that the petitioners shall appear before the trial court on each and every date of hearing until further orders Signed By :

and shall not intimidate witnesses and/or tamper with evidence in any manner whatsoever.

5. In the event petitioners fail to appear before the Trial Court without any justifiable cause, the Trial Court shall be at liberty to cancel their bail without any further reference to this Court.
