The report filed by the Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Durgapur in connection with C.R. Case No. 21 of 2010 be kept on record. From the report it appears that the C.R. Case 21 of 2010 was dismissed for non-prosecution vide order dated 21.09.2017.

The report filed by the Officer-in-Charge, Coke Oven Police Station, ADPC dated 05.02.2024 stated that the petitioner i.e. Prasanta Maity has expired on 16.01.2015 supported by a copy of the death certificate. Let the said report be kept on record.

Under such circumstances, the instant revisional application has become infructuous and disposed of. Copy of the order be sent to the trial court for information.
