The report reflects that the police authorities have already drawn up a proceeding under Section 126 of the BNSS for maintenance of peace and tranquility in the locality.

The apprehensions of the petitioner is that he will not be able to cultivate, although, he happens to be the recorded

owner.

The petitioner for establishing his right, title and interest would approach the appropriate civil court. It is not the duty of the police authorities to decide the same. The police authorities will keep a strict vigil so far as law and order situation is concerned and there should not be any tension or pandemonium created at the locality because of the disputes and differences between the petitioner and the private respondents.

With the aforesaid directions, WPA 19608 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is also disposed of.

Affidavit-of-service so filed be also kept with the record.
