Records of the revisional application reflect that the matter appeared on 25.7.2012 and 8.8.2012. However, no further steps were taken. Thus, the revisional application is pending before the court for more than nine years.

When the report was submitted by the Enquiry officer, I am of the view that interference at this belated stage may prejudice the prosecution. In view of the fact that materials were recovered from the possession of the petitioner which were stolen from a particular wagon of the Railway Yard, I am of the considered opinion that no, interference is called for.

Accordingly, CRR 2585 of 2012 is dismissed.

Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
