For the State The petitioners are directed to serve a copy of this revisional upon Ms. Ratna Ghosh, Learned Advocate, who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State. Her appearance may be regularised by the concerned authority. Learned Advocate for the petitioner draws the attention of the Court to the earlier order, which reflects that the petitioner was granted bail on 24th of June, 2022. Learned Advocate further submits that because of the miscommunication, the petitioner did not appear on two or three occasions, when such warrant of arrest was issued against the present petitioner.

Learned Advocate for the petitioner undertakes that, henceforth, the petitioner would abide by the terms and conditions so imposed by the Learned Jurisdictional Court.

Having considered the undertaking given by the Learned Advocate for the petitioner, I direct that in case the petitioner appear before the Learned CJM, Jhargram in connection with Jhargram P.S. Case No. 161 dated May 20, 2022, he may be released by furnishing a bond of Rs.5,000/- with two sureties of like amount each. The execution of warrant of arrest be stayed till 31st of August, 2023.

In case the petitioner do not appear/surrender before the jurisdictional Court before 31st of August, 2023, the warrant of arrest, so issued, be revived and the Learned Jurisdictional Court would be at liberty to proceed with the next harsher process of law with regard to the provision of Section 82 of the Cr.P.C.

The petitioner would, henceforth, for a period of next six months from the date of his surrender, attend the Officer-in-charge/Inspector-in-charge, Jhargram P.S. once in a fortnight. The petitioner should ensure regarding his physical presence on each and every date, so fixed by the Learned CJM, Jhargram or any other Court, thereafter, in seisin, of the matter.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 2928 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is also disposed of.
