1. This matter has been mentioned on behalf of the appellant by Ms. Sanjukta Dutta, learned advocate, to indicate some inadvertent mistakes in the judgment dated February 26, 2026.

2. Let the following corrections be incorporated in the judgment dated February 26. 2026:

i. In the first paragraph, instead of "a single judgment", let it be written and read as "orders dated June 17, 2025 and July 1, 2025".

ii. The name of Ms. Sanjukta Dutta, learned advocate, be incorporated in the appearance column of the learned advocates appearing for the appellant.

iii. The second paragraph shall be substituted with the following - "The orders dated June 17, 2025 and July 1, 2025 are challenged in the instant appeals".

3. Office is directed to correct the judgment accordingly and upload in the server.

4. This order shall form part and parcel of the judgment of this Court dated February 26, 2026.
