Heard the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties.

Prima facie, there are incriminating materials-on-record against the petitioner. Considering the seriousness of the offence and as the investigation is still continuing, we are not inclined to exercise any discretion in favour of the petitioner. As such, his prayer for anticipatory bail is refused.

Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail being C.R.M. No.8306 of 2021 is dismissed.
