It is submitted that notice of demolition has been issued by the BL & LRO and the process of law is continuing.

Basirhat Police Station has also registered FIR and charge sheet has been filed.

Counsel for the respondent No.3 in the main writ petition submits that an appeal has been preferred against this Court's order dated 27th January 2022 in September 2022.

This Court sees no useful purpose being served in keeping the contempt application any further. Respondent contemnors may continue to comply with the order in question subject to any order that may be passed by the Division Bench in MAT 1668 of 2022. Hence, the contempt application shall stand disposed of.

Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

There will be no order as to costs.

Interim order, if any, shall stand vacated.
