1. Heard learned lawyers for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record.

3. Petitioner is implicated in the murder by eye witnesses in their statements before Magistrate. He does not stand on the same footing with co-accused who have been enlarged on bail. Trial is in progress.

4. Under such circumstances and in view of the gravity of offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. We request the trial court to conduct the trial on a day to day basis and conclude the same at an early date preferably within one year from the next date fixed for recording evidence without granting any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties.
