The petitioner has got bail in other matter. This time the de facto complainant had manipulated her minor daughter to frame the present petitioner.

Learned counsel for the de facto complainant strongly opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail, relies on the case diary of the present case as well as an earlier case and points to the detailed

version regarding the incident made by the six years old victim.

Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary, including the statement of the minor victim, I do not consider this to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail.

The application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
