The writ petitioner is aggrieved that despite several complaints registered against the private respondents of threat and intimidation, they are unable to return to their residence.

Learned counsel for the State submits that charge sheet no. 231 of 2021 dated 12.11.2021 has been submitted in respect of FIR No. 216 of 2021. Investigation is on in respect of Namkhana P. S. Case No. 261 of 2021 dated 16.12.2021.

The petitioner has lodged further complaint and the Namkhana Police Station has drawn up proceedings under Section 107 of the Cr. P. C. There is clear evidence of impropriety committed by the private respondents.

This Court directs the O. C., Namkhana Police Station to escort the petitioner and his family members back into their residence. Any complaint of any further threat from the petitioner shall be

forthwith attended. All necessary steps including coercive measures like arrest and detention shall also be taken up by the Namkhana Police Station after due investigation. In the event of request for any police picket by the petitioner, the Namkhana Police Station shall provide the same at the cost of the petitioner. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

The instructions of the Namkhana Police Station dated 16.12.2021 is taken on record.
