Syed Mansur Ali .......For the Petitioner Mr. Biswabrata Basu Mallick .......For the DPSC, Hooghly Though the deficiency in qualifying service for the pensionary benefits has been condoned by the Additional Secretary, Government of West Bengal, Education Department, no pension payment order has been issued till date, as has been submitted by the learned advocate for the petitioner.

Hence, I direct the respondent nos. 4 and 6 being the District Inspector of Schools (P. E.), Hooghly and the Director of Pension, Provident Fund and Group Insurance to take necessary steps immediately and not beyond a period of two weeks from date and to communicate this order being issuance of the pension payment order to the petitioner.

The writ application is disposed of.
