The opposite party shall not be prejudiced by an order directing expeditious disposal of the matter. This Court is informed that the petitioner are in custody and the next schedule for witness action has been fixed on February 17, 2025, February 18, 2025 and February 19, 2025. In view of the above, the learned trial Court is directed to take the proceedings to its logical conclusion as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either party, in accordance with law.
