Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Victim housewife had suffered homicidal death at the matrimonial home. Petitioner is the husband of the victim housewife. His bail prayer was rejected earlier on merits in April, 2023. There is no change in circumstance since last rejection of bail by this Court.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
