1. Considering the statement of the father of the victim, who unfortunately appears to have committed suicide, directly implicating the petitioner for the offence prima facie committed under Section 6 of the POCSO Act, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

2. Moreover, we have taken note of the fact that the petitioner appears to be the uncle of the victim as revealed from the statement of the father of the victim.

3. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
