Mr. Debapratim Guha, counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, submits that he has tried to get touched with his client but has not been able to do so. He further submits that he has no instruction from his client. In light of the above submissions, it appears that the petitioner does not wish to pursue this revisional application any further. Accordingly, this revisional application stands dismissed for default. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
The department concerned is directed to communicate the order passed in Court today to the Court below. The department shall ensure that acknowledgement of receipt of their communication is received. Report of compliance to be placed before this Court after three weeks. The lower Court is directed to expeditiously act in accordance with law.
