(AB) Mr. Supriya Chattopadhyay Mr. Sudip Kumar Maity ...for the Petitioners It has been submitted by the petitioners that the contemnor whose name is appearing in the cause title of the contempt application has been transferred and a new incumbent has stepped in the shoes of the Block Development Officer.

The learned advocate for the petitioners is granted leave to implead the present Block Development Officer, Bhagwanpur - I, Development Block as contemnor respondent in the instant contempt application.

The petitioners are directed to serve a copy of the contempt application upon the erstwhile contemnor as well as the present incumbent intimating that the matter will appear in the list on 19th March, 2021.

Pendency of the contempt application will not stand in the way of the contemnor to implement the

direction passed by the Court on 20th September, 2019.
