1. Petitioner has assailed execution proceeding in M.

Execution case no.67 of 2024 arising out of M. Case no. 840 of 2022.

2. By order dated 16.08.2023 petitioner was directed to pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- as interim maintenance to the opposite party no. 1. The said order has become final and binding.

3. In view of aforesaid, I do not find any illegality in institution of the execution proceeding for realizing outstanding maintenance dues.

4. Accordingly, CRR 3271 of 2024 is dismissed. (Joymalya Bagchi, J.)
