1. We are informed that no law clerk is willing to stand as surety as the complainant is an Advocate of the Chandannagar Bar Association.

2. Unionism amongst lawyers and their associates resulting in denial of access to justice is a violation of the fundamental right of the petitioners.

3. Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioners, namely (1) Rabindra Singh, (2) Sanjib Kumar Singh, (3) Debabrata Biswas & (4) Rahul Singh, appear and pray for regular bail, they may be released on regular bail upon furnishing personal bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) each, with a bond of similar amount executed by one of their relations.

4. No obstruction from any quarter shall be made to the petitioners and/or their representatives in furnishing such bond.

5. Order dated 17.08.2023 is accordingly, modified.

6. CRAN 1 of 2023 is thus disposed of.
