Misc. Case No. 51 of 2019 arising out of Title Execution Case No. 1207 of 2018. By the order impugned, the prayer for stay of further proceedings of the execution case, stood rejected.

Learned advocate appearing for the opposite party nos. 1 and 2 submits that the said opposite parties have already taken possession of the decreetal property by executing the decree.

Such submission is, however, not disputed by the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. He, however, submits that an appeal is pending.

Since the possession has already been taken, nothing remains to be decided in this civil revision application.

Accordingly, CO 2967 of 2025 stands disposed of.
