The matter is listed today under the heading "To Be Mentioned" for correction in the order dated 02.12.2025.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the order dated 02.12.2025 at paragraph no. 2 in line nos. 2 and 3 the word "WhatsApp message in his registered mobile number" is to be deleted and is to be read as "email in his registered email address". He further submits that in page no. 5 in sub-para (iii) the amount is to be read as "6,700/-" instead of "67,000/-".

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner in the order dated 02.12.2025 at paragraph no. 2 in line nos. 2 and 3 after the word "received an email in his registered email address" be read instead of "WhatsApp message in his registered mobile number" and the page no. 5 in sub-para (iii) the amount shall be read as "6,700/-" instead of "67,000/-".

4. This order be treated as part of the order dated 02.12.2025.
