Mr. Santanu Deb Roy ...... for the State Having considered materials on record prima facie disclosing identity of the petitioners as Bangladeshi citizen, we are of the opinion, in view of the gravity of the offence this is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioners.

We direct the trial court to proceed with the trial with utmost expedition and conclude the same at an early date. The application for bail is thus rejected.
