In spite of service none appears for the State or the schools.

The petitioners had applied for mutual transfer in the offline mode at the material point of time. However, even though the Utsashree portal is presently under temporary suspension, applications for mutual transfer have to be made in the online for which the portal is functional.

The petitioners are granted liberty to file their respective applications seeking mutual transfer in the online mode.

With the aforestated directions, the writ-petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

Certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
