The petitioners participated in the 6th State Level Selection Test, 2013 conducted by the West Bengal Madrasah Service Commission.

The petitioners aggrieved by the inaction of the concerned authority to provide them information sought for under the Right to Information Act 2005, have preferred two separate appeals before the Secretary, West Bengal Madrasah Service Commission, the respondent no. 4 herein bearing Memo no. MSC/RTI/100/2023 and Memo No. MSC/RTI/96/2023, both dated June 15, 2023.

The grievance of the petitioners is that though the hearing has already been concluded but till date, the result of the said appeals has not yet been published.

The Secretary, West Bengal Madrasah Service Commission, the respondent no. 4 herein is directed to communicate the decision of

the said appeals to the petitioners within four weeks from the date of communication of this order.

W.P.A. 18846 of 2023 is disposed of with the above terms without any order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
