Petitioner has approached this Court as she apprehends that she may be dispossessed from the property. On the other hand, learned advocate for the respondent nos.5 and 7 submits that they have purchased the property and they are in possession of the property.

Police authorities would ensure that the party who is in possession of the property which is the subject matter of the writ petition should not be dispossessed without the due process of law.

Report submitted by the State be kept with the record.

In view of the nature of the dispute complained of, the parties would approach the jurisdictional civil court.

However, the police authorities as they have been keeping a vigil will continue to put in their efforts and ensure that no breach of peace takes place at the locale in view of the inimical relationship existing between the petitioner and the private respondents.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 19546 of 2024 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
