The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is 45% disabled and the allegations are false, baseless and frivolous. 2.

The learned Counsel appearing on behalf the State, in opposing the prayer for anticipatory bail, has referred to the statement of the son of the victim. 3.

Considering the materials available in the case dairy and the statement of the son of the petitioner, who appears to have witnessed administration of poison by the stepfather and the present petitioner and also having regard to the fact that, prima facie, there are incriminating materials against the petitioner, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the present petitioner. 4.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
