The present case relates to charge-sheet being submitted in connection with Rejinagar PS Case No.111 of 2021 wherein charge-sheet was submitted under Section 302 IPC along with other sections.

The materials at this stage relied upon do not support the prayer for quashing as prayed for by the petitioner. Warrant of arrest is pending.

If the petitioner surrenders by 30th June, 2023 and prays for bail, learned trial court would consider the application for bail in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 3131 of 2022 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
