Having considered the materials in the case diary prima facie disclosing involvement of the petitioners in assaulting the victim lady who suffered severe injuries as evident from medical papers and in view of the immoral conduct of petitioner no.2 towards her, we are of the view that this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

The prayer for anticipatory bail stands rejected. Urgent Photostat Certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied expeditiously after complying with all necessary legal formalities.
