Considering the statement of the eyewitness directly implicating the petitioner of physical assault on the victim and the victim had died due to multiple injuries as revealed from the postmortem report, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the present petitioner. 2.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
