The learned Judge XIII-Bench, City Civil Court, Calcutta by the order impugned dated June 28, 2024 passed in Title Suit No. 334 of 2020 had directed the CESC to shift the SVC to another part without disconnecting the electric connection of the defendants.

The learned advocate for the plaintiff/opposite party submits that such direction has been complied with.

Though an accommodation is prayed for on behalf of the petitioner, in view of such development of the challenge to the order impugned has become infructuous, C.O. 2790 of 2024 is disposed of as such without any order as to costs.
