The department, by its report dated 10th December, 2025, points out that in the judgment/order dated 25th September, 2025 in paragraphs 1st, 3rd, 10th & 15th have been wrongly typed as 'Complaint Case being C. Case No. 55 of 2013', instead of, 'Complaint Case being C. Case No. 70 of 2021'. Let necessary correction be incorporated in the judgment/order dated 25th September, 2025.
