It appears that the petitioner did not take steps to hide the identity of the victim who was allegedly sexually assaulted. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not being in proper form.

However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner from filing a proper writ petition afresh on the selfsame grounds. Urgent certified copy of this order may be given to the parties expeditiously, if applied for.
