It is submitted that this instant revisional application has been preferred challenging the impugned Order no. 60 dated 02.7.2015 passed by the learned Trial Court. It is further submitted that in the meantime the suit pending before the Trial Court has been decreed so this application becomes redundant.

Moreover, it appears that the petitioner has lost his interest to proceed with the case. So I find that the instant revisional application becomes infructuous and accordingly, it is dismissed .

Interim order, if any, granted earlier, stands vacated.

Copy of the order passed by the learned Trial Court in connection with Title Suit No. 988 of 2006 dated 29.8.2023 is kept with the record.
