Appeal No. 514 of 2024 expeditiously.

From the order-sheets appended to this civil revision application this Court finds that dates were fixed for hearing of the application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act.

In the event the decision on the petition under Section 5 of the Limitation Act is in favour of the appellant in Misc. Appeal No. 5 of 2024, the learned District Judge, North 24 Parganas at Barasat or the transferee court is requested to dispose of the Misc. Appeal No. 5 of 2024 as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournments to

either of the parties, if the same has not yet been disposed of.
