Records further reflect that the applications under Section 5 as well as the revisional application are pending before this Court. However, the revisional application involves issues relating to judgment and order of conviction and sentence. The petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.2,50,000/- (Rupees Two Lakh Fifty Thousand only) with the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kandi, Murshidabad in connection with C.R. Case No 353 of 2014. As the complainant is unrepresented before this Court, Mr. Sourav Chatterjee, learned Advocate empanelled with the High Court Legal Services Authority is directed to represent the complainant/opposite party in this revisional
application.
His appointment be regularized by the concerned authorities.
Mr. Sanjib Kumar Dan appears on behalf of the State. Aforesaid deposit should be completed by 16th May, 2022.
The petitioner would file an affidavit enclosing the receipt in respect of the deposit made before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kandi, Murshidabad. The revisional application will appear under the heading 'To be mentioned' on 18th May, 2022. (Tirthankar Ghosh, J.)
