Statements of witnesses disclose recovery of narcotic substance above commercial quantity i.e. 31.47 Kg. of ganja from joint possession of the petitioners and co-accused persons.

In view of the aforesaid fact and in the light of the statutory restrictions under Section 37 of the N.D.P.S. Act, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

The application for bail is thus rejected.
